There was a commercial that I noticed was playing on pretty heavy rotation for the last couple of weeks. Hello! I have lyrics from two songs in my head. I've tried googling, but no luck.

Song #1: The line goes something like "but I never thought I would see you like I did that day." I think it's a female singing, kind of folky.

I heard this song playing at someone's house the other day and should have asked who it was but I left before I got a chance. it was a really cute folky song sung by a male and the only lyrics I remember were "So kiss me goodbye you jackass and I'll be on my way back to Columbus and oh by the way happy birthday." google is giving me nothing so

The other day I heard this song with the line "everybody knows that punk boys don't cry". I think I heard it on my Pandora, on the This bike is a pipe bomb station. So there is this song from the 50's called "Anna". I have no idea who it is by, or how it goes, but I would like to find it. It's kinda folksy from what I know of it. Can anyone help me out? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

EDIT: My dad heard it in 1953, it was a famous song worldwide, and it was in English.

There was a song that was on the radio today when I was at subway, and the music reminded me a lot of a folk song that I can't name. :P Also, the title had 'naked' in it, but I didn't hear the rest. Any idea what the original song is, and what folk song its' reminding me of?

edit: It was sung by a woman and was cheerful.
